Assignment #4: Decomposition

사용자로부터 금액을 입력받아 다음과 같은 형식의 수표를 출력하는 프로그램을 작성하라. (국민대학교에 1234567원을 지급하는 수표)

프로그램 시작 시 날짜 (int 세개)와 수표 시작번호(int)를 입력받는다.
사용자가 금액에 0을 입력할 때까지 반복한다. (금액은 백만 단위 까지 가능하게 할 것)
프로그램 작성 전에 문제 해결 절차와 프로그램의 골격에 관해 충분한 시간을 할애할 것!

핵심 부분중 하나는 수치로된 금액을 문자로 변환하여 출력하는 프로그램이다. 다음과 같은 function을 만들어 사용할 수 있다.
